Cappello Pizzeria

We opened Cappello Pizzeria in June 2010 after installing a proper Italian wood fired oven to give that taste straight out of Italy.

 

The restaurant is the result of collaboration between Ervin Mahilaj, a pizza chef with more than 10 years experience in Italy and Habberfield, Louise and Alan Payne. Alan and Louise opened and ran Qube Espresso and Chocolates in the city.

 

Our aim is to bring you pizzas that are a true dining experience to enjoy in the warm friendly surrounds of Cappello or take home to enjoy with friends and family.

Using only the best ingredients, both local and imported from Italy in the base and toppings Ervin creates a taste sensation no matter which of our pizzas you choose.

 

Come in and try the very best in pizzas. You will not be disappointed.

 

In addition we offer a selection of antipasto and pasta dishes as well as our Blackboard menu. Deserts are a treat for both the eyes and taste buds which Louise creates to give beautiful uncomplicated flavours brought out by the freshest ingredients. You can choose from our set menu or additional treats from our Blackboard.

 

We are licensed and offer a range of Italian wines, both red and white to compliment our pizzas, pastas and blackboard menu.We also have a selection of Italian and Australian beer.
